Insurance
We’re committed to helping you get the most out of your insurance benefits. As a courtesy to you, we will submit and file claims to your insurance company. However, since insurance companies and policies vary considerably, we cannot guarantee that your insurance company will pay any specified amount.
No-Interest Payment Plans
We offer an interest-free payment plan at Accorde Orthodontists. With this plan, your down payment minimum will be based on your credit history. Our front desk & administrative staff fare more than happy to answer your questions about this plan, so please don’t hesitate to ask!
Flexible Spending Accounts
If you have a flexible spending account or FSA, you can use the funds you set aside to help cover the cost of your orthodontic treatment. We encourage you to review the guidelines and limitations of your specific flex spending program because FSAs often vary by the employer and can change from year to year.
Family & Full Payment Discounts
We also offer family and full payment discounts at Accorde Orthodontists. If you pay for the treatment in-full at the start of treatment, we will provide you with a discount. We’re able to do this because your one-time payment helps reduce our administrative time and costs. We also offer discounts for additional family members that receive treatment at Accorde Orthodontists.

We’re very pleased to accept CareCredit as a method of payment when it’s used for the entire treatment amount at the start of treatment. CareCredit is a separate line of credit that allows you to spread your payments out over a longer period of time. To learn more about CareCredit, please call (800) 677-0718 or visit the official website. It only takes a few minutes to go through the application and approval process. A line of credit must be approved prior to starting active treatment.
