Insurance
Our office will assist you with insurance reimbursement for covered procedures. Please give our office your current dental insurance information at your first appointment so we can call and verify coverage and benefits. As a courtesy to you, we will complete and file claims to your insurance carrier, however, we cannot guarantee that your insurance carrier will pay any specified amount.
Financing
Accorde Orthodontists offers an interest free payment plan. A 25% down payment is required at the start of treatment and the balance of the contract is then divided into monthly installments.
Flexible Spending Accounts
If you participate in an employer sponsored Flexible Spending program, we encourage you to review the guidelines and limitations of your specific program as these plans often vary by employer and can change year to year.
Discounts
For families who wish to pay-in-full at the start of treatment, we provide a 5% discounted fee, as your payment reduces our administrative time and costs.
Credit Cards
For your convenience, our office accepts Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
CareCredit
Accorde Orthodontists accepts CareCredit as a method of payment when it is used for the entire treatment fee amount at the start of treatment. CareCredit is a separate line of credit that allows treatment to start immediately without a down payment and spread your payments out over a longer period of time. A line of credit must be approved prior to starting active treatment.
